Falling Water Console Table
The top board is an amazingly figured piece of quilted Sapele. We mitered the front joint and butt jointed the back joint so the wood flows like water. Like the board was just bent with no wood missing. The grain just flows from the back piece to the flat top to the front drop. The base takes design influence from oriental furniture. The base is instrument grade tiger maple.
